Vitrotest Chlamydia-IgG TK014

ELISA test system «Vitrotest Chlamydia-IgG» is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of IgG antibodies to Chlamydia trachomatis in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized recombinant protein containing species-specific fragment of the main outer membrane protein of Chlamydia.
  • Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen: one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis: 40 mcl.
  • Timing Analysis - 1.5 - 2 hours.
