ELISA test system «Vitrotest HSV1/2-IgG» is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of IgG antibodies to Herpes simplex virus first and second types (HSV1/2) in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized mixture of antigens inactivated herpes simplex viruses first and second types.
  • Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen: one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis: 10 mcl.
  • Opening statement analysis - 1.5 - 2 hours.
