Vitrotest TOXO-IgG TK001

ELISA test system «Vitrotest Toxo-IgG» is intended for the quantitative determination of IgG class antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized purified antigens of Toxoplasma gondii.
  • Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen: one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis: 10 mcl.
  • Timing Analysis - 1.5 - 2 hours.

Vitrotest TOXO-IgG Avidity TK064

ELISA test system «Vitrotest Toxo-IgG Avidity» intended for determination of avidity index of IgG antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii.

  • Timing Analysis - 2 hours.

Vitrotest TOXO-IgM ultra TK002

ELISA test system «Vitrotest Toxo-IgM ultra» is intended for the qualitative determination of IgM class antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
