Vitrotest Anti-Treponema TK023

ELISA test system "Vitrotest Anti-Treponema" designed to detect antibodies to the causative agent of syphilis Treponema pallidum in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of complectation: 96-1T (12xS8-1T) and 192-1T (24xS8-1T)
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized recombinant antigens, analogs of lipoproteins T.pallidum - p17, p47 and p41/43.
  • Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG and IgM) monoclonal antibodies conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen: one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis: 40 mcl.
  • Timing Analysis: 1.5 - 2 hours

Vitrotest Treponema-IgG TK056

ELISA test system "Vitrotest Treponema-IgG" is intended for detection of IgG class antibodies to the causative agent of syphilis Treponema pallidum in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of complectation: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
