Vitrotest HAV-IgM ТК069

ELISA test system «Vitrotest HAV-IgM» is intended for the qualitative determination of IgM class antibodies to Hepatitis A virus in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "IgM-capture" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized monoclonal antibodies specific for human immunoglobulin IgM.
  • Conjugate - a mixture of native purified HAV antigens and monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen - one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis - 10 mcl.
  • Timing Analysis - 1.5 - 2 hours.
