ELISA test system Vitrotest

Giardia lamblia is an intestinal flagellated protozoan parasite. It was first observed and described by Van Leewenhock in 1681 and more fully described morphologically by Lambl in 1859. Interest (...) continue »

Vitrotest® Lamblia-IgM TK031

ELISA test system Vitrotest® Lamblia-IgM is intended for the qualitative determination of IgM class antibodiess to Giardia Lamblia (intestinalis) in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

  • Variant of complectation: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized purified antigens of Giardia Lamblia.
  • Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgM) monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen: one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis: 10 mcl.
  • Time of analysis: 1.5 - 2 hours.

Vitrotest® Anti-Lamblia TK030
